These coneheads are made to fit over the tubes from HMH assortments. They are made for the 1/8 & 3/32 inch diameter sizes of those tubes. 10 coneheads per package. Choose from 2 finishes and 2 sizes.

Micro Tubing 1/16" outside diameter tubing will fit on the HMH .041" dia. Pin/mandrel. Cut to any length to tie nymphs, terrestrials and micro streamers. Takes hooks as small as #16 or #18. (Small Cut To Length tube shown at left for comparison) Nests perfectly with our Flex Tubing (see below). 24" coil.

This is the right tubing for tying a wide range of steelhead and salmon flies. The finest tube fly system available from Europe. Machined tubes of aluminum or brass offer a tapered front with lip making it easy to tie neat heads. Length can be adjusted by adding extensions, which seat together neatly with a machined "ferrule fit", which will also fit junction tubing for holding your hook. Melt ends of liner tubing to hold sections together. Use brass and aluminum sections together for jig or tail dragging action.
OUT OF STOCK! Frodin Improved Tube System - F.I.T.S Mikael Frodin and Hakan Norling have used these flexible plastic tubes for more than 20 years. Today, they are the standard for the modern tube flies used in Scandinavia. The tubing is available in four sizes; X-small, Small, Medium and Large. The sizes fit into each other (XS tubes nest with Medium tubes and Small tubes nest with Large tubes.). There is no need for extra tubing to steer the hook. It fits directly into these flexible tubes. The material is smooth and unaffected by temperatures, it wont crack in the cold and it works equally well with a fixed, as a loose hook. The dimensions of the tubes are synchronized to work with Coneheads. That way, you will get well-balanced flies with the right weight to turn over your cast and make the fly fish more efficiently. XS tubes nest with Medium tubes and Small tubes nest with Large tubes. Comes in 1 meter lengths.
