Our STS running line has a breaking strength of 30lbs and is offered in 0.034" diameter. This line was designed specifically with casting distance in mind. Its ultra-light construction is pulled by spey/shooting heads unlike any other coated running line. Using our new proprietary STS technology for extreme slickness and durability, this four-season coating will remain supple with extremely low memory even in sub-freezing temperatures, yet avoid tack or stickiness during hot summer months. This is the perfect all-around running line every angler should have in their arsenal.

I've been using the Monic running now for the late summer run steelhead season, into the coho run and now into the winter steelhead season. Works very well in cold frosty mornings with minimal coiling. My Opinion it is one of the best Ive used in awhile!
